Please check with your District Coordinator if you have questions about the administration of Iowa ELPA21. Contact the Iowa EdPortal at for assistance creating an Enterprise A&A account.

Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 7:00PM Central and 7:00AM to 9:00PM Central during the TIDE registration window and the testing window.

Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time

To ensure that your issue is resolved in a timely fashion, please gather as much of the following information as possible:

Date and time of the error
Error code number and message
Your operating system (e.g., Windows 8), Internet browser (e.g., Firefox 40), and version of affected computers
SSID number of the affected student(s)

  • For security reasons, do not include names.
Session ID
Grade, subject, test, and question number (if applicable)

  • For test security reasons, do not describe the content of the question.
If you are reporting for another person, please provide the other person’s contact information if possible.
